By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hgzy bdt platform — including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, and all associated account and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hgzy bdt platform.

hgzy bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to hgzy bdt's operating jurisdiction. Where any translation of these Terms exists, the English version shall take precedence in all matters of interpretation or dispute.

To register and maintain an active account on hgzy bdt, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

If you are subject to a self-exclusion order and attempt to register, hgzy bdt will close your account upon discovery and return any deposited funds less any winnings derived from the excluded period.
• You must be registering for yourself — registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only one account on hgzy bdt. Multiple accounts associated with the same person, the same verified identity documents, the same mobile wallet number, or the same device and IP address combination will be treated as duplicate accounts. hgzy bdt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings arising from them.

hgzy bdt reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not guarantee permanent account access — ongoing eligibility requirements must continue to be met throughout the lifetime of your account.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. hgzy bdt strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify hgzy bdt immediately at [email protected]. hgzy bdt cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials appropriately.

Account Information Accuracy: You are required to keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your mobile wallet number, email address, or other registered details change, you must update them via account settings or by contacting support. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension and delays to withdrawal processing.

KYC Verification: hgzy bdt requires all members to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and confirmation of your registered payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission. hgzy bdt may request additional documentation at any point where identity or payment verification is required.

Account Currency: All hgzy bdt accounts operate exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There is no option to switch account currency. All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in BDT.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. hgzy bdt may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts where the balance is sufficient to cover it. Members will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in — no formal reactivation process is required.

Deposit Rules: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing payment account belongs to a person other than the registered hgzy bdt account holder — are strictly prohibited. If a third-party deposit is identified, hgzy bdt will freeze the deposited funds pending investigation and may return them to the originating payment method.

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals will only be processed to the verified payment method registered to your account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawal requests. Where the deposit method used is not eligible for withdrawals (e.g., certain card types), hgzy bdt will advise the member of an alternative verified withdrawal route during the KYC process.

Withdrawal Processing: All withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard reviews are completed within 24 hours for fully KYC-verified accounts. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours as part of enhanced security checks. hgzy bdt does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile wallet provider's own transaction fees (if any) are your responsibility.

Currency and Conversion: hgzy bdt accounts operate exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion is applied. There are no foreign exchange fees. What you deposit in Taka is what is credited to your account, and what you withdraw is what is sent to your registered payment method — in BDT, without deduction by hgzy bdt beyond any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

Failed or Reversed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit to your hgzy bdt account within the expected processing time, contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. hgzy bdt will investigate and resolve confirmed payment failures within 48 hours. Any funds erroneously credited to your account must be reported immediately; retaining erroneous credits without notification constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by hgzy bdt are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing members may not create additional accounts to claim new-member promotions — doing so constitutes multi-accounting (see Section 7: Prohibited Conduct).

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses that have not been used or whose wagering requirements have not been met within 14 calendar days of issue will be cancelled and removed from the account balance automatically.

Bonus Abuse: hgzy bdt actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematically placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using the same payment method across multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; and exploiting any technical error in a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, hgzy bdt reserves the right to void the bonus balance, recover any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend the account.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Real-money balances deposited separately from the bonus remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC and minimum withdrawal rules.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on hgzy bdt are subject to acceptance by the platform. hgzy bdt reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where an error in odds or game configuration has occurred, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where the bet exceeds applicable stake limits for the relevant market or game.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on hgzy bdt carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface prior to placing a bet. hgzy bdt may amend stake limits at any time without prior notice. Members may also voluntarily set personal stake limits through the responsible gaming tools in their account settings.

Sports Betting — Cricket Markets: For cricket markets including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BPL Operations, BCCI, ICC, or BCB as appropriate). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared a no-result, hgzy bdt's specific market rules for that event apply. Where no specific rule applies, bets on that market are voided and stakes returned.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets on hgzy bdt are subject to suspension and re-pricing during active play. hgzy bdt uses live data feeds to price in-play markets; delays in data transmission may result in brief market suspensions. hgzy bdt is not liable for data feed delays but will not knowingly accept bets after an event's outcome is determined. Where a bet is accepted after outcome determination due to a technical delay, it will be voided and the stake returned.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino and slot game outcomes on hgzy bdt are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). Game results are final once the round is completed and the result displayed. hgzy bdt does not intervene in individual game round outcomes. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or live bet, hgzy bdt's system will continue to process the round or bet to its conclusion. The outcome and any resulting settlement will stand as if the session had not been interrupted. It is your responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during play. hgzy bdt recommends a reliable 4G or Wi-Fi connection when playing live dealer games or in-play cricket markets.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one hgzy bdt account, whether under your own name or under another identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing stake limits, or any other reason.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register, accessing, or using the hgzy bdt platform while under the age of 18. This includes facilitating access by an underage person to a registered account.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an hgzy bdt account. All suspected fraudulent deposit activity will be referred to relevant financial authorities.

• Game exploit and cheating: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to obtain an unfair advantage over the house or other players. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will not be paid.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players to manipulate the outcome of a poker hand, sports market, or any other game on the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage to any participating party.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at hgzy bdt support staff, other players, or any individual connected with the platform through any communication channel.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing unjustified chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits legitimately credited and used on hgzy bdt. Any account associated with chargeback abuse will be suspended pending investigation, and the chargeback amount will be recoverable by hgzy bdt.

hgzy bdt's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is based on a review of account activity, transaction records, and technical logs. Where hgzy bdt identifies prohibited conduct, it will act accordingly regardless of whether the member disputes the finding. Members who believe a suspension was applied in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 14 days of the suspension notice.

Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your hgzy bdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance in your account will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and minimum withdrawal rules. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

hgzy bdt-Initiated Suspension: hgzy bdt may suspend your account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct (as defined in Section 7), provided false registration information, or where account activity presents a risk of harm to the platform or other members. A suspension notice will be sent to your registered email address explaining the reason and the next steps.

hgzy bdt-Initiated Closure: Following investigation of a suspended account, hgzy bdt may elect to permanently close the account. Where closure is due to a confirmed breach of these Terms (e.g., multi-accounting, fraud, underage gambling), the account balance may be forfeited in whole or in part per the specific circumstances and the rules outlined in the relevant section of these Terms. Where closure is initiated by hgzy bdt for operational reasons unrelated to member misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member.

Self-Exclusion Requests: Members who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the member will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place any wagers. Effect of Closure on Pending Bets: Where an account is closed or suspended while a bet or game round is in progress, hgzy bdt will settle any outstanding bets according to their normal rules and record the result within the account. If the account closure results in a real-money balance being owed to the member, that balance will be returned following completion of any investigation period, provided no breach of these Terms is identified that would result in forfeiture.
